Longtex makes every effort to ship your order within 48 hours, depending on the availability of products. Most deliveries in Canada are via Canpar. Please allow the appropriate delivery time when calculating expected arrival dates. We reserve the right to select the carrier to be used on any shipment. If you prefer or have your own carrier, please provide your carrier details and account number at the time of ordering, and we will arrange shipment accordingly.

We accept requests for cancellation for regular orders that have not been packed; however, if the shipment has already left your warehouse, any cancellation request will subject to a 25% restocking charge plus costs of shipping. Future shipments will be on a pre-paid basis only.
No returns unless authorized by Longtex.
Shortage and claims for defective merchandise will only be accepted within 10 days from recipt of shipment.
